Florence

Florence

Up again early, these mornings are killing me. We depart the ship to catch a taxi for a 20 minute ride to the train station. From the train station, we take an hour and a half ride to FLORENCE.

We lost half our group today. There was only 7 of us up for the trip to Florence. Some are just too tired, they have been before, and Rufus is sick with what we think might be food poisoning.

However, tour director Yvette trudged on with the rest of the group. Everything went flawless. Major shopping, lunch then back to the ship. Again I did not take too many pictures, hoping Tony and Don saved me.

Nothing else to report.

Roma in the morning, I arranged a tour for the Carrs and Ritters, while the rest of us are going to a Tuscan farmhouse for olive oil and cheese tastings.
